On sunny days
Take a nice walk around the holiday home area and let the grandchildren play in all the little play areas you come across – if you visit us in Billund or Rødby, the cutest petting goats await in the goat pens, and they love to receive visitors. At Lalandia in Rødby and Lalandia in Søndervig you can walk by the sea, swim and find shells or build fine castles in the sand. In Billund you can finish a great walk with a cup of coffee for the older ones and an ice cream for the little ones on the terrace of the coffee bar, Espresso House. If you fancy an extra cup, the children can explore the exciting playground near the terrace while you drink it.
When the rain pounds on the windows
If you wake up to the rain pounding on the windows, you can take pleasure in knowing a world of fun experiences await indoors, so you won’t need wellington boots or an umbrella. Pack your swimming costume and start the day with a refreshing swim in the Aquadome – read more about the waterpark in Rødby, Billund or Søndervig. You can enjoy breakfast in one of our many child-friendly restaurants, or you can buy something from the well-stocked supermarket and prepare your own meal back in your holiday home. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a visit to Monky Tonky Land – an indoor play area, where the grandchildren can try the exciting play towers, obstacles and slides, and conjure up beautiful creations in the children’s workshop. Your holiday home – a cosy base
After a day of glorious experiences, you can relax together in your welcoming holiday home. Relax with the TV, let the grandchildren create beautiful drawings of the day’s experiences or spend some time with a good book. All our holiday homes have Wi-Fi internet access, so the older children can enjoy their favourite series or games on their tablets. Make the evening meal in your holiday home’s kitchen, enjoy a delicious meal in one of the many child-friendly restaurants or order take-away food to enjoy together in your holiday home.
